About Me –

Hi, I’m Cheylo Steele. Registered Nurse. Certified Herbalist. And for years — a woman who understood the science of digestion but still couldn’t fix her own gut. That gap between what I knew and what I experienced is why I built this program.

After struggling with my own digestive issues for years, I discovered that true wellness isn’t just about what we eat. Stress, dehydration, and modern habits can disrupt our gut and brain connection leaving us feeling sluggish, bloated, and “off.” Through plant-based nutrition, nervous system regulation, and daily rituals, I have reclaimed my health back.

The Nurse Who Finally Figured Out Why Her Own Gut Wouldn’t Work — and Built a Program Around What Actually Fixed It

My Mission and Vision

Mission Statement

My mission is simple: to give women over 40 the explanation their doctors never had time to give

them, and the tools to actually use it.

Chronic constipation, daily bloating, and unexplained fatigue are not character flaws. They are signals.

My job is to help you read them — and respond.

Vision Statement

My vision is a world where women over 40 wake up feeling well, not managing, not surviving, but genuinely well. Where chronic bloating, constipation, and fatigue are no longer things women are told to live with.

Where every woman who has tried everything and felt let down finally finds the explanation, the tools, and the support that actually work.

At Gardens2Grow, healing begins with what God has perfectly made, the body and mind, then extends into the home, and grows outward into the community. Where the connection between what grows in the earth and what heals in the body is understood, trusted, and accessible to everyone.

Every client I help is a step toward the bigger mission this business is being built for — raising resources and creating healing spaces for the Veterans who gave everything. Because a healing heart doesn't stop at one community. It just has to start somewhere.
